Sugi Cosmetics celebrates individual’s unique beauty. These products aren’t about being someone else, but rather celebrating who you are and amplifying your natural beauty. Guided by the foremost principle of accessibility, the line was designed to be easy to use. No matter who you are, Sugi was made for you.

The beauty of accessibilty is that it focuses on inclusivity and representation. This is why product packaging for Sugi is designed to be easily readable and recognizable. The simple color naming system consist of one letter and one number. Each letter is an abbreviation of a color tone while the number indicates brightness on a scale of 1-10. To enhance visibility, the large color swatch and type on the right side of the box represents the shade of the product meant to easily compare to the skin. Finally, meaningful color names are paired with themed color names to act as descriptions for better understanding.

In conjunction with visual based features, flat edges and specially designed containers help keep the product in hand and prevent it from rolling when tipped over. Furthermore, embossed tactile indicators and braille can be used to identify the product and color.

The boxes are made with a sustainable mixture of Jeju green tea residue and recycled paper pulp in efforts to uphold Sugi's mission for eco-friendly efficiency.

Sugi believes that beauty radiates from within. When you show love to the world, your inner beauty glows.
